Rev. Moore is the founder of the Family Life Opportunity Center, Inc. (FLOC) which was incorporated on January 18, 2005.
This outreach initiative is the catalyst for transformative living in our community. The mission of FLOC is implied in its acronym. FLOC’s acronym stands for its mission statement, as well as depicts the outcomes, values, and spirit of the initiative.
